Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are billed in CAD and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All content, branding, and software are the property of LOOPos or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

LOOPos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or LOOPos.
